Delivery & Collections Explained

Below you can find detailed information pertaining to the type of delivery we offer and the reasoning behind it. If you have any other questions or infact would like to request anything not shown here on this page (perhaps you are outside of our current posting zones or would prefer to arrange a different courier method at extra cost) please feel free to use the following contact form and we will get back to you As Soon As Possible.

For the time being we are offering a fixed basket fee for postage via Evri set at only £3.99 per order. No matter how large or small - stock up on items from across the website and save a ton of money as well as helping our cause.

Below are some of the reasons we have chosen to use Evri:

  • We have 7am til 9pm every day to take orders down to our local parcelshop.
  • No wasting a days work waiting for the courier to collect from us.
  • Some orders are slim enough to be sent using their Postables service giving us a small extra donation of 40p - £1.29 for the cats.
  • Ease of package size / weight acceptance.
  • Ability to offer consistently low priced postage for up to 15kg boxes (multiple boxes can be sent where required, each with their own tracking information)
  • Every single parcel has not only a fully tracked journey (we provide you with the tracking number and how to access it after dispatch), but Evri insures every parcels contents up to the original value of the sale.
  • Should anything go wrong, such as missed deliveries etc they are very easily contactable.

    (sometimes when we are really busy with work - some orders will have to be held over until the next morning for drop off at the parcelshop but you can view this on your tracking page)

Free Local COLLECTION if you can reach us in Shrivenham, Oxfordshire.
Some things to consider with this are:

  • You receive your order much faster than normal
    (We'll arrange a timeslot that's convenient for us all)
  • Save on unnecessary postage costs if you're only a short distance away and can reach our location.
  • You're helping a local business and very good cause stay afloat in these trying times.

If you'd rather choose another courier or service provider we're happy to hear from you with suggestions
Some things to consider with this are:

  • You would possibly have to pay the difference in price between the costs of the services we offer and that which you're suggesting.
  • We can't provided tracking for services such as regular Royal Mail (it's not something they offer) which means you're agreeing to accepting these terms.
  • If you want to upgrade to, for example to "NEXT Day delivery" this can be achieved through Evri (or your designated chosen service provider) at additional charge to yourself.

We unfortunately at this time don't post overseas anymore.
Recently we've accepted orders from Northern Ireland again along with Scottish Highlands - in these cases the items have to go through Royal Mail's 48Hour Tracked Parcel service as we have no other affordable alternative.

Why can't we use Evri for these?
They charge us an additonal "locations" surcharge of £2.75 on TOP of the postage cost.

We can't allow worldwide shipping at the moment.
